What the zero plan means
The eSIM is live, but no paid VOXI plan is running yet. When you want data, calls and texts, choose a plan from VOXI. VOXI is known for plans that include endless social media data, and plan contents and prices are set by VOXI.

Your phone must be ready
The phone needs to be unlocked and able to use eSIM. Look for an option to add an eSIM or mobile plan in your settings. Each QR code is good for a single install on one handset.

Questions
Can I install it on a new phone later?
Not with the same QR code, as it works once. Ask VOXI about moving the eSIM if you change phones.
Do I have to buy a plan when it arrives?
No. The eSIM sits on the zero plan until you choose a VOXI plan.
