Refunds and Cancellations

This page explains when you can cancel an order and how refunds work at MyPhoneCard. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Before your order is processed

If we have not yet sent your code, PIN or top-up, or dispatched your item, you can cancel at any time and we will refund anything you have paid in full. Email us with your order number.

Voucher codes, PINs and international top-ups

When you order, you ask us to process your order as soon as possible and agree that you lose your right to cancel once the code, PIN or top-up has been delivered. After that we cannot refund it, because a code cannot be returned and a top-up cannot be taken back from the network.

If a code we sent you is invalid or has already been used, contact us with your order number and we will replace it or refund you.

We cannot refund a top-up sent to a wrong number that was entered at checkout, so please check the number and country code carefully.

Unlock codes

  • If we cannot supply a code for your phone, you get a full refund.
  • If the code does not work, contact us before trying again. We will check the order with you and our supplier.
  • We cannot refund a code when the IMEI, model or network given at checkout was wrong, or when the phone was blocked by too many wrong attempts.

SIM cards, phones and accessories

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. Tell us by email, then return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back. You pay the cost of returning it.

If an item is faulty, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and a refund if that does not fix the problem, as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you paid from.
