A top-up voucher is a code that adds credit to a pay as you go phone. You can buy one online, at any time, for yourself or for someone else.
How to buy a voucher
- Choose the network in our mobile top-up section, such as Three, Vodafone, O2 or Lycamobile.
- Pick the amount and add it to your basket.
- Pay by bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed we email you the voucher code.
How to use the code
Each network lets you enter a voucher code through its top-up phone line, its app or its website. Follow the steps and the credit is added to your balance. Each product page explains how it works for that network.
Buying for someone else
Vouchers make an easy gift: forward the code by text or email and they can top up their own phone.

Frequently asked questions
Does a voucher code expire?
Voucher codes usually stay valid for a long time, but each network sets its own rules. Use your code soon after you receive it.
Can I use a voucher for mobile broadband?
Yes, for networks that sell broadband top-ups. Some products ask you to choose phone or broadband when you order.
What if I bought the wrong network?
Please check the network and amount carefully before you order. If something is wrong, contact us straight away with your order number.
Is my code safe?
Your code is sent only to the email address on your order. Treat it like cash and do not share it publicly.
