Description
Need to send a recarga to someone in Brazil? You can add reais to a Vivo, Claro or TIM prepaid (pré-pago) number from the UK and pay in pounds by bank transfer.
Good to know before ordering
Brazilian mobile numbers include a two-digit area code (DDD) before the number itself. Enter +55, then the area code, then the mobile number, with nothing missed out. A top-up sent to the wrong number cannot be reversed.
Only pré-pago lines can take a recarga. Pós-pago (contract) lines cannot. As numbers can be ported between operators, choose the one the line uses today.

Who uses it
Brazilians living in the UK who want to help parents or friends back home, and travellers who bought a pré-pago chip on a trip and want reais on it before the next visit. Nothing more than the number and the operator is needed.
Questions
Does the person in Brazil need a code or PIN?
No. The reais are added to the line itself, so there is nothing to type in.
When is my order sent?
We handle orders manually. Once your bank transfer clears into our account, we send the recarga and let you know by email.
