Description
Our Guyana top-up is for prepaid GTT mobile numbers. Choose how many Guyanese dollars to add, from 1,000 to 10,000 GYD, and pay the price in pounds by bank transfer from your UK account.
Only GTT
GTT is the one network we can top up in Guyana. If the number is with another provider, this product will not work for it. If you are not sure, ask the person which network name shows on their screen. A number that has moved to GTT from elsewhere is fine, as long as it is on GTT now.
The four amounts
- GTT: 1,000 GYD £5.79, 2,000 GYD £11.49, 5,000 GYD £28.79, 10,000 GYD £57.49
You can pick 1,000, 2,000, 5,000 or 10,000 GYD.
Check before paying
Enter the number starting with +592, then the seven-digit local number. The line must be prepaid, as contract accounts cannot be topped up. A top-up cannot be undone once sent, so a wrong number means lost credit.
Your top-up goes out after the payment has been confirmed. To send credit to other countries, visit our international top-up range.
Questions
Is 10,000 GYD the most I can send?
It is the largest single amount. You can add more than one top-up to the same number if you need to.
Who usually orders this?
People in the UK with family or friends in Guyana who use a GTT prepaid phone, whether they are in Georgetown, Linden or elsewhere. It also works for your own GTT line before a visit.
