Before you order

• Your phone should be unlocked so it accepts a Now Mobile SIM.
• The card is 3-in-1, so it fits standard, micro and nano slots.
• We post with Royal Mail to UK addresses only.

Delivery and postage

Postage is added at checkout, starting from £2.95 for Second Class Signed, with First Class Signed and Special Delivery also offered. The SIM is posted once your bank transfer has reached our account. If you need several cards, putting them on one order means you pay postage once.

Adding credit

After activating the card as the leaflet explains, top it up with a voucher from our Now Mobile top-up section. Add credit or make a call at least once every 90 days so the number stays active.
