Lebara UK uses Vodafone’s masts, and many people keep a Lebara SIM for calling family overseas. If that is your phone, or the phone of someone you look after, this is a simple way to add credit. You give us the Lebara number, choose £5, £10, £15 or £20, and we apply the credit for you.

- £5: £5.99
- £10: £10.99
- £15: £15.99
- £20: £20.99
Is your number ready?
- It must be a Lebara UK pay as you go number. Contract numbers and Lebara numbers in other countries are not covered.
- Type all 11 digits, starting 07. We cannot reverse credit that has gone to the wrong number.
- Keep the SIM in use. Unused Lebara credit may lapse after roughly three months, so a regular top-up or call is worth it.
Paying and confirmation
You pay by UK bank transfer at checkout. We check each payment by hand, and once it reaches our account the credit is added to the Lebara number. You get an email from us when it has gone through. Nothing is posted and there is no PIN to type into the phone.

Questions
Can I top up my mum’s Lebara phone for her?
Yes. Enter her Lebara number at checkout instead of your own. She does not need to do anything to receive it.
Can I add two amounts to the same number?
Yes. Put a second top-up in your basket with the same number, and both are applied to it.
