One important point
A top-up cannot be recalled after it is sent. If you type the wrong number, the credit goes to whoever owns that number. Read it back before you pay.
For help with the steps, see our top-up guide.
Who orders it
Congolese families in the UK who want to help relatives in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi or Goma keep in touch, and anyone supporting friends or colleagues there. Their number and network are all you need, and nothing has to be collected.
Questions
Can I send to Vodacom and Airtel in the same order?
Yes. Add one item per number, each with its own network.
When do you send it?
Orders are checked by hand. Once your transfer reaches our bank account, we send the top-up and confirm by email.
