Before paying
Make sure the number is on O2, since codes are network specific. O2 runs its own bundles and pricing and changes them now and again, so see what applies before you spend the balance. If £50 is more than you need, smaller amounts are in our O2 range.
Redeeming
- Phone the O2 top-up line and choose to enter a voucher.
- Or type the code into the My O2 app.
- Or sign in on the O2 website to add it.
Keep the email until the credit shows on your account, in case you need the code again.
