Note the two networks use different units. MTN amounts are in Rwandan francs, from 1,000 to 20,000 RWF. Airtel options are listed in US dollars, from 2 to 20 USD.

Ask which network the number uses now. If it has been ported from Airtel to MTN or the other way round, choose the current one.

Enter the number in full with the country code, starting with +250. Credit sent to a wrong number cannot be returned by the network.

Top-ups go to prepaid lines only. Postpaid lines are not supported.
