Before you order
Have the full Three number ready. Check each digit, because credit sent to someone else’s number cannot be reclaimed. The number must be on Three pay as you go. Pay monthly accounts are billed by Three and cannot receive this credit.

What happens next
You pay by UK bank transfer. Our team matches the payment to your order, applies the credit to the Three number and emails you a confirmation. There is nothing posted to you and no code to type into the phone.
Keeping your Three number
Three wants at least one paid use within any 180 days, and a top-up counts. Adding a small amount now and then keeps a spare or travel number from being closed. You can also use our Three top-up vouchers if you would rather enter a code yourself.

Can I use the credit to buy a Three add-on?
The credit goes onto your balance, and how you spend it is up to Three’s own options. If you already know the bundle you want, our Three bundle activation adds it directly.
Does the phone need to be switched on?
No. The credit is applied to the number, not the handset, so it will be there when you next use the phone.
