O2 credit without a voucher

With a direct top-up you skip the voucher code altogether. You tell us the O2 pay as you go number, choose how much credit you want, from £10 to £30, and we add it to that number for you. It is handy when the phone belongs to someone else, or when you are not near a shop.

Step by step

• Select the amount and type the O2 number in the box at checkout.
• Pay by UK bank transfer. We process orders manually, so the credit is applied once your payment is confirmed.
• Look out for our email telling you the credit is on the number.

Good to know

Only O2 pay as you go numbers can take this credit. Brands that use the O2 network, such as giffgaff or Tesco Mobile, have their own top-ups, so pick the one that matches the SIM. A number typed wrongly cannot be corrected after the credit is applied, so take a moment to check it.

If an O2 pay as you go number goes about half a year with no use or top-up, O2 may take it back. If you prefer a code, we also have O2 top-up vouchers.

Questions

My phone says giffgaff but the signal says O2. Is this the right product?

No. giffgaff uses the O2 network but runs its own accounts. Choose a giffgaff top-up for that SIM.

Can I use this for an O2 contract?

No. It only works on O2 pay as you go numbers.
